How it works

At The Quarters, you’ll find the check-in process is straightforward and comprehensible. Our experienced team will guide you step by step, explaining the details and answering your questions.

Step 1
Get in touch

If you’re interested in a suite at The Quarters, the first thing to do is get in touch by using our online contact form. At this stage, you’ll be asked to provide some basic personal details.

Step 2
Selecting your suite

Once you’ve told us your preferred location and length of stay, we’ll provide you with the details of all suitable suites currently available. The details will clearly show you all the costs involved, including check-in and bookings costs.

Step 3
Viewing your suite

Liaising with the General Manager, who will potentially arrange for a meeting to show you the suite(s), you’ll agree a viewing schedule that suits you. They’ll meet you at the property, show you around and clearly explain the booking terms and timeline.

Step 4
Reserving your suite

If you decide to take the suite and agree to the terms of the License described to you, it’s time to make an offer and book the suite. You’ll be asked for a Booking Fee – equivalent to 7 daily rates.

Step 6
Paying ‘Check-in Monies’

Check-in Monies comprise the following:

— Pro-rata daily rate until the end of the month. If your check-in date is after the 15th day of the month, the pro rata daily rate will be charged until the end of the following month or end of stay.

— A deposit equivalent to 35 nightly rates to guarantee the standard of our suites. We protect all deposits in a governmental segregated account to provide our guests with peace of mind.

NB. The initial Booking Fee, mentioned in Step 4, is credited and will form part of your check-in monies.

You’ll need to pay the total check-in Monies 7 days before your check-in date, to ensure that funds have cleared our account. Once you’ve paid, the License is completed, and you’re all set to check in.

Step 7
Check in

Before your check-in day, you should get in touch with the General Manager and let them know what time you plan to check in. When you arrive, they’ll welcome you and ask to see a valid form of ID, i.e. your driving licence or passport.

Then they’ll briefly run through some key aspects of staying at The Quarters, how to use the guest’s portal and give you your Access Cards.

Now all you need to do is relax and enjoy your stay at The Quarters.
