Reservation
  1. When an applicant places a formal offer on one of our suites across The Quarters by Bravo portfolio, a reservation is made. The reservation guarantees we will take the suite off the market for seven days until the offer is formally accepted or declined.

  2. The reservation fee is charged at one week's rate and is payable by debit or credit card.

  3. The reservation is secured once payment is received and you receive an email confirmation from us.

  4. Applicants must submit reference documents within 72 hours of receiving our confirmation email to ensure the reservation is not cancelled.

Offer Accepted
  1. The general manager will conduct a final review after the applicant successfully passes the reference check.

  2. The applicant must sign the agreement and pay the booking monies to secure the suite.

  3. The booking monies consist of:
    1. Suite payment will be calculated proportionally until the end of the current month. If the start date falls after the 15th, payment will be pro-rated until the end of the following month.

    2. Utilities will be calculated proportionally until the end of the current month. If the start date falls after the 15th, payment will be pro-rated until the end of the following month. (This may vary across the buildings)

    3. Deposit equivalent to five weeks' rates and will be deposited with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme operated by The Dispute Service Ltd in England and Wales.

NB. The reservation fee is credited and will form part of your first instalment.

  1. The booking monies are due seven days before the start date unless agreed otherwise.

  2. Your Booking is complete once the agreement is signed, and the full payment is received. You are now a Stayer and can move in.

  3. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we will make the suite available for Stayers who arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the start date.

  4. According to the UK Right to Rent policy, we must meet Stayers in person and check their original documents. Upon arrival, stayers must provide a valid form of ID issued by a governing body (e.g., a Passport or Driver's License). If the Stayer cannot provide a valid ID, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement.

  1. Stayers are liable for all the amounts stated in the agreement. For Additional Services, we will charge the corresponding fee as per the additional fees provided with the agreement.

  2. We can only accept debit or credit card payments. We do not accept cash, cheques, giro acceptance forms, or any other means of payment.

Cancellation

  1. If the applicant has not signed the agreement, the applicant may cancel or withdraw the reservation request at any time by notifying The Quarters in writing. However, any fees the applicant has already paid for the reservation are non-refundable.

  2. If the applicant has signed the agreement, the right to cancel will be governed by the terms of your contract.

  3. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The applicant shall derive no rights from a verbal cancellation.
